SimpleStack Privacy Policy

SimpleStack is an internal browser extension built and operated by Simple Tech, LLC for use by Simple Tech staff only. It is not available to the general public.

What data does SimpleStack access?

• The URL of the current Syncro MSP page you are viewing (to identify the client or ticket context)
• Your configured API token (stored locally in browser storage) used to authenticate requests to the Simple Tech backend

What data does SimpleStack collect or store?

SimpleStack does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data to third parties. All API requests are made exclusively to Simple Tech's own backend (maintain.simpletech.pro), which is hosted on Simple Tech's private infrastructure.

What data is sent to the backend?

The extension sends the Syncro customer ID or ticket ID from the current page URL to the Simple Tech backend to retrieve client health and ticket context information. No browsing history, credentials, or personal data is transmitted.

Data retention

No user data is retained by the extension beyond the current browser session. Server-side caching is limited to 5 minutes and contains only aggregated MSP platform data (ticket counts, endpoint health status).

Third-party services

The extension communicates only with maintain.simpletech.pro (Simple Tech's private backend). No data is shared with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Who has access?

This extension is distributed exclusively to Simple Tech staff. Access to the backend requires a pre-configured API token issued by Simple Tech administrators.
